• Bridgemont Technologies LLC is the seller on every sale. It buys licences for software and other digital products from a small, closed group of independent developers and resells them in its own name. Every purchase is a contract with Bridgemont Technologies LLC alone, which is responsible to the buyer for the sale, delivery, refunds and complaints.
• Developers sell licences to Bridgemont: they make the software or hold the rights to sell it. They are not the seller and have no contract with the buyer. Every developer and product Bridgemont sells is listed on the Approved developers page. A buyer never needs to contact a developer — refunds and complaints go to Bridgemont at [email protected].
• Purchases appear on your card statement as BRIDGEMONT.IO. If you do not recognise a charge, read BRIDGEMONT.IO on your card statement or contact [email protected] before raising a dispute with your bank.
