Find my purchase
Bought something from Bridgemont Technologies LLC? We can send you your order again: your receipt, your licence key and your download. Bridgemont sold you the product, so contact Bridgemont, not the developer.
Ask us to find it
Email Bridgemont support with the details on the right. We look up the order and send your receipt, licence key and download link to the email address on the order.
We send order details only to that address, even if you write to us from another one.
Include in your email
- The email address you used when you paid
- The date of the charge
- The amount of the charge
- The last four digits of the card
Have your receipt? The order reference on it (it starts with BM-) is the quickest way for us to find your order.
Never send your full card number, your security code or a password. We only ever need the last four digits of the card.

Request a refund
Bridgemont Technologies LLC sold you the product, so Bridgemont handles your refund. Three steps, and you never need to ask the developer.
- 1
Find your order
Your Bridgemont receipt has the order reference (it starts with BM-). Can't find the receipt? Use Find my purchase at the top of this page.
- 2
Email us from the address on the order
Write to [email protected] with the order reference, what you bought and what went wrong. If you are using a legal right to cancel, you don't need to give a reason.
- 3
We tell you the answer
We check your request against the Refund Policy and the law, then tell you the outcome and the reason for it.
Where the money goes
Back to the card you paid with, in the currency you were charged. We use another method only if you agree to it, and a refund never costs you a fee.
How long it takes
We send an approved refund without delay, and within 14 days where the law sets that limit — for example when a product is faulty. Your bank then takes some days to show it on your statement; that part is up to your bank.
It never waits on the developer
Bridgemont sold you the product, so Bridgemont decides and pays your refund. It does not depend on the developer, and you never need to contact them.
Which purchases can be refunded
A product that is faulty or not as described is always put right or refunded. For everything else, the Refund Policy sets out what qualifies, including when a revealed or used licence key can no longer be refunded.
Read the Refund PolicyContacting us first is usually the fastest way to sort out a problem with a charge or get your money back. You can still dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer within the time your bank allows. Bridgemont's charges show on your statement as BRIDGEMONT.IO.
Your licence key
Bridgemont Technologies LLC delivers your licence key and answers every question about it. Here is how to find it, and what we do if it doesn't work.
My key didn't arrive
- Check your spam, junk and promotions folders. Your key and receipt come by email from Bridgemont as soon as the order is paid.
- Search your email for "Bridgemont", or for the date of the order.
- Check the email address you typed when you paid. A small typo sends the key somewhere else.
- Still nothing? Use Find my purchase and we send it again to the email address on the order.
I lost my key, or need it again
- Your key is in your Bridgemont receipt email. Search for "Bridgemont" first.
- Deleted the email? Use Find my purchase. We only send keys to the email address on the order.
My key doesn't work, or the software has a problem
- Email [email protected] with your order reference (it starts with BM-), the product, what you did, and the error you see. A screenshot helps.
- Bridgemont fixes it with the developer: we send you a working key or a corrected file, or refund you if it can't be fixed.
- Contact Bridgemont, not the developer. You never need the developer's contact details, and the developer never contacts you.
- How many devices a key works on is shown on the product page and covered by the Standard Licence. If a key says it has been used too many times, tell us.
