Make software?
Bridgemont buys the licences.
Bridgemont Technologies LLC buys licences for software and digital products from a small, closed group of independent developers, at a fixed wholesale price for each product, and resells them in its own name. Bridgemont sets the retail price, sells, delivers and answers the buyer.

How working with Bridgemont works
- 01
Invitation and checks
Bridgemont works with a small, closed group of developers and invites new ones from a waiting list. Before any of your products goes on sale, Bridgemont checks your identity and your business: company registration, owners and a sanctions screening.
- 02
A fixed wholesale price
A fixed US dollar wholesale price for each product, written in your purchase agreement and changed only by written amendment signed by both parties, at most once a quarter. Bridgemont alone sets the retail price. A price you suggest is advice only.
- 03
Load your keys and files
Upload your licence keys and files before the product goes on sale. Bridgemont delivers from its own stock. Bridgemont buys an opening block of about 20 licence keys for each product, prepaid and non-refundable.
- 04
Link your Buy buttons to Bridgemont
Each Buy button on your website opens the product's page on checkout.bridgemont.io, where the buyer pays Bridgemont. Your website must pass the website rules before its Buy buttons work.
- 05
Bridgemont sells, delivers and supports
Bridgemont answers all buyer support, refunds and complaints. You help Bridgemont behind the scenes with technical questions and never contact buyers. You get no buyer data: you learn only that a licence key was sold.
- 06
Bridgemont pays you monthly
A monthly purchase statement: licences bought × wholesale price, paid 30 days after the end of each month. Paid in USDC, only to a wallet you have proved you own (a signed message from that wallet) and that passes sanctions screening.

The licence buyers get
Bridgemont sells every product under its Standard Licence, shown to the buyer before they pay. The activation limits, such as how many devices, are the ones on the product page. Your own licence (EULA) can add terms if it is shown on the product page. You never cancel a sold key yourself: a key is cancelled only when Bridgemont asks, after a refund, a chargeback or fraud.
Refunds and chargebacks
Bridgemont decides buyer refunds under its Refund Policy. Bridgemont carries card-fraud chargebacks, goodwill refunds and its own promotions. You pay only for refunds and chargebacks caused by your product being faulty or not as described, and for fraud you caused. These come off your next statement.
What Bridgemont checks
You
Your identity and your business, before anything goes on sale: registration, owners and a sanctions screening. We screen you again before each statement is paid.
Your wallet
Before the first USDC is sent, you sign a message with the wallet to prove it is yours, and we screen the wallet. A new wallet goes through the same checks.
Every product
We install it on a Bridgemont test PC, scan its files, and check that it does what its page says. Game mods are sold only where the game's publisher allows it.
What our product review coversEvery website
Every website that links to Bridgemont is checked before its Buy button works, then automatically every month and by a person every 6 months.

The button opens checkout.bridgemont.io/p/…, the product's Bridgemont page.
