Rules for developer websites
Every rule must pass before your Buy button works, and again at every check. Your website is where buyers find your product; Bridgemont is where they buy it.
The checklist

Live, public and on HTTPS
The site is live, open to the public and served over HTTPS. You prove you own it with a DNS TXT record,
bridgemont-verify=<token>, using the token Bridgemont gives you. Each subdomain is approved separately. - 2
Says who runs it
The site shows who runs it: your name as it appears in your identity check, your country and a contact email.

Every place with Buy links is declared
Every domain, Discord server and YouTube channel that posts Buy links is declared to Bridgemont before it is used.

The same facts as Bridgemont's product page
The product is described with the same facts as its Bridgemont product page.

Prices only through Bridgemont's live price badge
Show the price only through Bridgemont's live price badge, or not at all. No typed prices, no “was” prices and no “% off”.

The Buy button goes only to Bridgemont
The Buy button opens an address that starts with
https://checkout.bridgemont.io/, and nothing else. Its label contains the word “Bridgemont”, for example “Buy from Bridgemont”. - 7
The seller line, right next to the button
Right next to every Buy button, this exact text:Sold and delivered by Bridgemont Technologies LLC. Bridgemont handles payment, your licence key, refunds and all support for your purchase.

Your terms name Bridgemont as the seller
Your Terms include a clause naming Bridgemont as the seller of record for these purchases (the full clause is in the Supplier Terms). Your Refund page points to Bridgemont's Refund Policy, and your licence (EULA) is published on the site.

The whole domain is clean
Nothing the Acceptable Use Policy prohibits, anywhere on the domain. No fake reviews, countdown timers or fake scarcity. No scare pop-ups and no “your PC is slow” claims.

You allow our checks
Bridgemont checks every site automatically every month, and a person reviews it every 6 months. You allow Bridgemont's crawler to visit the whole site.
When we check
Before a site's Buy links work for the first time, then automatically every month, and by a person every 6 months. A new domain, subdomain, Discord server or YouTube channel is checked before it is used.
When a rule fails

Fix
You have 7 days to fix the problem. Sales continue while you do.
- 02
Suspend
The site's Buy links stop working at once, and payment of your statements is on hold. Bridgemont reviews the site again after you fix it.
- 03
End
The agreement ends. Buyers keep their licence keys, and Bridgemont keeps giving them support and refunds.
These rules are part of the Supplier Terms and the Supplier Agreement. If this page and those documents ever differ, the documents apply.
